Annual Paddleboard Licence for business users for the Chelmer & Blackwater Navigation in Essex.
You will need to have a portrait photo of yourself ready to upload for the photocard licence, which we will issue to you – click ‘choose file‘ below to upload the photo.
This licence is for your personal use only and is not transferrable. If you wish to purchase a licence for anyone else, please contact the Paper Mill Office.

This annual paddleboard licence for businesses entitles you to use your paddleboard on the Chelmer & Blackwater Navigation for business purposes (e.g. training schools) for twelve months from the day of purchase. Please note that you need a separate licence – not this one – for a canoe or kayak. Please note that you must be able to produce your licence (produced as an automated receipt to this purchase) at all times on the Navigation.
There is a separate licence for paddleboards owned and operated by private individuals.
FREE UK standard delivery is available for orders over £40 (excluding the Festival of Water plaque), otherwise our standard rate is £3.50. This applies to all products except for the Waterways for Today Report which has a delivery charge of £1.70 and the Festival of Water plaque which costs £2.50 in postage (this cost applies even if the order total is above £40).
Orders will usually be dispatched within two working days and sent via Royal Mail. Please note that the delivery time for items ordered from our shop is up to 10 working days.
Please note that we are unable to dispatch items to the EU or the rest of the world.
