Annual paddleboard Licence for the Chelmer & Blackwater Navigation in Essex.
You will need to have a portrait photo of yourself ready to upload for the photocard licence, which we will issue to you – click ‘choose file‘ below to upload the photo.

This annual paddleboard licence entitles you to use your paddleboard on the Chelmer & Blackwater Navigation for twelve months from the day of purchase. Please note that you need a separate licence – not this one – for a canoe or kayak. Please note that you must be able to produce your licence (produced as an automated receipt to this purchase) at all times on the Navigation.
This licence is for paddleboards owned and used by private individuals. There is a separate licence for paddleboards used by businesses.
FREE UK standard delivery is available for orders over £40 (excluding the Festival of Water plaque), otherwise our standard rate is £3.50. This applies to all products except for the Waterways for Today Report which has a delivery charge of £1.70 and the Festival of Water plaque which costs £2.50 in postage (this cost applies even if the order total is above £40).
Orders will usually be dispatched within two working days and sent via Royal Mail. Please note that the delivery time for items ordered from our shop is up to 10 working days.
