Annual Angling Licence for the Chelmer & Blackwater Navigation in Essex
You will need to have a portrait photo of yourself ready to upload for the photocard licence – click ‘choose file‘ below to upload the photo.
This licence is for your personal use only and is not transferrable. If you wish to purchase a licence for anyone else, please contact the Paper Mill Office.

The duration of the annual angling licence to fish on the Chelmer & Blackwater Navigation is twelve months from the day of purchase. You will also need an Environment Agency rod licence, and you are not permitted to fish during the close season. You must be able to produce your photocard licence at all times on the Navigation, or the automated receipt to this purchase which is provided by email immediately on purchase.

FREE UK standard delivery is available for orders over £40 (excluding the Festival of Water plaque), otherwise our standard rate is £3.50. This applies to all products except for the Waterways for Today Report which has a delivery charge of £1.70 and the Festival of Water plaque which costs £2.50 in postage (this cost applies even if the order total is above £40).
Orders will usually be dispatched within two working days and sent via Royal Mail. Please note that the delivery time for items ordered from our shop is up to 10 working days.
